Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Cancel

If you wish to cancel our services, please submit your request in writing via email. All cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed within five (5) business days. Any fees paid for services not yet rendered beyond the cancellation date may qualify for a refund, as outlined in our refund policy.


Cancellation Terms

  • Completed Milestones: No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed and delivered.

  • Ongoing Milestones: If cancellation occurs during an active milestone, a partial refund of up to 25% of that milestone’s cost may be granted.

  • Notice Requirement: Cancellations must comply with the agreed-upon notice period stated in your contract to be considered for a refund.


Refund Policy

Pro-Rata Refunds

If you have paid the full project amount in advance, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service. Refund eligibility is based on the services delivered up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation After Work Begins

If work has already started, you will be charged for the portion of work completed by the cancellation date. Any excess payment will be refunded accordingly.

Refund Eligibility

At Vertex Communication LLC, we are committed to client satisfaction and delivering work that meets the agreed terms. If you are dissatisfied with the results, you may request a refund after completing our internal dispute resolution process. Refund eligibility will depend on:

  • The type of service provided

  • The specific terms of your contract

  • The circumstances surrounding the request


Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our official contact email.

  2. Review & Processing: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

  3. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or an alternative method if mutually agreed.
